These Terms form a binding agreement between you and 75 Pillars. You also agree to our Privacy Policy and acknowledge our Compliance statement.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be of legal age and capacity. Entity users must be authorized. Access is subject to KYC/KYB, sanctions screening, and our approval. You are responsible for credentials and activity under your account.
3. Services
Services may include multi-currency accounts, payments, cards, custody, spot trading, convert/exchange, OTC, on/off-ramps, and APIs. Availability varies by eligibility and jurisdiction. Nothing constitutes investment advice.
4. Trading & custody
Orders are subject to market conditions. Blockchain transfers are often irreversible. Risks are described in Compliance.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use the Services for unlawful activity, market abuse, unauthorized access, or in a manner that creates undue risk to 75 Pillars or other clients.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Services are provided “as is.” Our aggregate liability is limited as set out in the full commercial terms applicable to your account.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, except where mandatory local rules apply.
